The FDA has gotten away with scamming the American public – and was even able to con the U.S. Congress with the prohibition of GHB, GBL, and BD. Essentially the FDA pulled the greatest coup of its existence. I will go through each compound and explain why they should not have been prohibited and tell you about Somatomax™ - a product that works equally as well.

GHB or Gamma Hydroxy-Butyrate is found in every cell in our bodies. GHB and its precursor Gamma Butyrolactone (GBL) are two of the most beneficial and safest compounds in existence. Among the many proven and reported benefits of GHB are the following:

Section 812 is as follows: (a) The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse; (b) The drug or other substance currently has no accepted medical uses in the United States; (c) There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision. Examples of Schedule I drugs are Mescaline, MDMA, Methaqualone, PCP, Heroin, LSD… just to name a few. The FDA made this determination and gave faulty data to Congress to get it passed for one reason – it represented a threat to the financial welfare of the pharmaceutical companies. What happened next is inexcusable! On July17, 2002 the FDA granted approval for Xyrem®, a GHB product, to be marketed to treat narcolepsy as a Schedule III drug. How can a substance be a Schedule I and III drug? It should not be able to, if the definition of a Schedule I requires no medicinal use. This is the best example of the pharmaceutical industry “being in bed with the FDA!”

A 2004 Belizean and Chinese research study demonstrated that from a single dose of Somatomax
